Jakarta, 17 June 2026 — PT Kary Indomas Elok, a manufacturer of polyester plush fabric, has been formally awarded Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) certification by Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai (DJBC) at a ceremony held at Gedung Merauke, the DJBC central office in Jakarta.
The certificate was presented by Letjen (Purn.) Djaka Budi Utama, Direktur Jenderal Bea dan Cukai, and accepted by Iman Supadma Sirod, Direktur PT Kary Indomas Elok. Imik Eko Putro, Direktur Teknis Kepabeanan, also attended the ceremony.
AEO status is granted under PMK 137/2023 and PerDirjenBC PER-20/2024 to companies that demonstrate compliant, secure, and reliable supply-chain operations. Certified operators benefit from priority customs treatment, reduced inspection rates, dedicated DJBC Client Manager support, and recognition under Mutual Recognition Arrangements (MRAs) with partner countries.
